Text messaging
SMS terms
Updated November 3, 2026. These terms describe optional text messaging from The Law Offices of Manny Arce, the public practice name of Manny Arce, Esq., LLC. Text-message enrollment is not available through the website form yet.
Service messages only
This text-message program is limited to confirmations, follow-ups related to your inquiries or requested legal services, and appointment reminders. It does not include advertising or promotional messages.
The firm will request your affirmative consent before enrolling you. Providing a telephone number, submitting an inquiry, or selecting text as a preferred contact method does not, by itself, enroll you in SMS. Text messaging is optional. SMS consent is not a condition of submitting an inquiry, purchasing services, or receiving legal services.
Frequency and charges
The number of messages varies with your requests and appointments. Your wireless provider may charge for texts and data that you send or receive. Ask your provider about your plan and charges.
Stopping messages and getting help
If you have enrolled, send STOP as a reply to the firm’s sending number to withdraw from text messaging. The messaging service may send one final confirmation of your opt-out. Further program messages should stop unless you later provide new consent. Contact the firm if you continue to receive unwanted texts.
Reply HELP to the sending number for messaging assistance, or call (305) 793-8687.
Delivery and your contact information
Text delivery depends on wireless networks, device availability, and other conditions. Wireless carriers have no responsibility for messages that arrive late or fail to arrive. Notify the firm if you change or give up the number you used to enroll.
Privacy and confidential information
The Privacy Notice explains how mobile information is handled. The firm does not give mobile information to other organizations for their marketing, and does not transfer SMS consent for another organization’s use. GoHighLevel/LeadConnector (LC Phone) and necessary delivery and support providers may process information to support the firm’s messaging.
Do not send medical records, identification numbers, financial credentials, or other highly sensitive records by text. Ask the firm for an appropriate way to exchange confidential documents. Text messages are not a reliable way to communicate an emergency or a time-sensitive legal deadline.
Legal representation
Receiving texts or communicating with the firm does not create an attorney-client relationship. Representation begins only after conflicts review and a written agreement signed by the lawyer and client. Service texts do not replace legal advice about your particular circumstances.
