Website privacy notice

Effective August 19, 2026. This notice explains how The Law Offices of Manny Arce collects and uses information when you visit this website or submit a case-review request.

Information collected

You may choose to provide your name, telephone number, email address, preferred contact method, county and state, matter type and incident date, whether you received medical treatment, and a brief description of what happened.

When optional campaign attribution is permitted, the site may remember campaign parameters, advertising click identifiers, the landing page, and the referring site’s hostname for the current browser session. The site also remembers your privacy selection for up to 180 days. Wix and other infrastructure providers may process ordinary technical information needed to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the website.

How information is used

  • Respond to inquiries and evaluate whether the firm may be able to assist
  • Conduct conflicts and matter-fit review before representation
  • Operate, protect, troubleshoot, and improve the website
  • Understand which approved campaigns or referring sources lead to inquiries
  • Comply with legal, ethical, security, and recordkeeping obligations

Case-review submissions

Submitting the case-review form sends the displayed information to the firm’s Wix Forms account, may create or update a Wix contact, and triggers an internal notification to the firm’s Google Workspace business inbox. Submission does not create an attorney-client relationship. Representation begins only after conflicts review and a written agreement signed by the lawyer and client.

Do not submit medical records, Social Security numbers, identification documents, financial credentials, or other highly sensitive information through the general form. Contact the firm before sending confidential documents or detailed medical information.

Website measurement and advertising

No third-party analytics provider, advertising pixel, remarketing audience, or automatic advanced-matching service is currently active. Session-only first-party campaign attribution is optional when the site cannot establish that an opt-out framework applies. Recognized Global Privacy Control signals disable optional attribution.

If analytics or advertising providers are activated later, this notice and the site’s privacy controls must be updated before information is transferred. Intake narratives, treatment responses, and injury information will not be sent to analytics or advertising providers.

Sharing and service providers

Information may be processed by service providers that support the website and the firm’s operations, including Wix for hosting, forms, and contact management and Google Workspace for internal business notifications. The firm does not sell case-review information or provide it to data brokers. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect legal rights or security, or with your direction or consent.

Retention and security

Session attribution ordinarily expires with the browser session. A saved privacy selection may remain for up to 180 days. Case-review and contact information is retained only as reasonably necessary for inquiry review, conflicts, security, legal, ethical, and business-record purposes.

The firm and its service providers use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no website or electronic transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may use the privacy controls to decline optional campaign attribution or change a saved choice. You may also use browser settings to clear stored website information. Depending on applicable law, you may have additional rights concerning personal information.

Children’s privacy

This website is intended for people seeking information about legal services and is not directed to children. The firm does not knowingly solicit personal information from children through this website.
